Barkley Kern is president of Knowlegis. Barkley's previous positions include: CEO of its sister company, Capitol Advantage, Director of Operations, American Registry of Internet Numbers in Chantilly, VA; Business Manager, and Producer for International Programming, C-SPAN in Washington, DC. He received his B.S. in Journalism from the University of Colorado in 1985, and originally hails from Cleveland, Ohio.
