Do you need your message or invitation e-mailed directly to key Capitol Hill staff?

Knowlegis Lobby Direct to Staff allows you to send HTML or plain text e-mails from your organization to key legislative staff using our extensive database of Hill staffers.

You Provide the Content
Your organization provides us with the information you want to e-mail to the Legislative Assistants (LAs), either in text and simple graphics to use with one of our standard templates, or in HTML created by your own design team.
Choose Recipients
You select up to three issue areas out of 40 (e.g. trade, health care, education, etc.) to target, and whether you want to target LAs in the Senate, the House, or both. You may also target your message by political party or committee membership.
We Do the Work
We maintain the database of staffers and send the e-mail messages. Each message will appear as if your organization has sent it directly to the specific staffer, using your "From" name and address and the staffer's "To" address. Therefore, any replies will go directly to you. Simple mail merge functions (up to five fields) can also be used to further personalize your message to each staffer. Message delivery can be scheduled for a specific date and time.
Review Results
After delivery, we provide you with a performance summary report that includes: the number of messages sent, the number of messages successfully delivered, the number of unique recipients who opened the message, and the total number of times the message was opened (which may include multiple opened and forwarded messages).

Case Study
A recent message sent to 836 Agriculture and Trade LAs resulted in a 99 percent delivery rate with 474 unique opens (57 percent of the recipients opened the message) and 982 total opens, indicating that many recipients found the information so valuable they referred to the message several times and/or forwarded it to colleagues.
